The Hong Kong Jockey Club reminds all racegoers that for the upcoming race meeting on 16 February at the Sha Tin Racecourse, admission arrangements are as follows:
As requested by the HKSAR Government to further control the attendance of its race meetings, the Club has decided that for the upcoming race meeting on 16 February, apart from trainers, jockeys, Club officials and Stewards with race day duties, only horse owners with starters and a prior table reservation in an Owner Box will be admitted to the racecourse. In the Sha Tin Racecourse, only Owners with Starters Box on 3/F and part of the Owners Box on 6/F will be open. Owners with Kids Box on 1/F will be closed. There is no racecourse cross betting available and all betting facilities at the Sha Tin Clubhouse will be closed.
For reservation of Owners Boxes, the Sole Owner with a starter can book up to 4 seats for a horse in Group 1 races, and up to 2 seats for other races. For Syndicates and Partnerships, a maximum of 4 seats can be booked for the managers/members/partners of the horse. Grandstand II Car Park will be closed on that day. Owners may park their cars at the Sha Tin Clubhouse Car Park on a first-come, first-served basis. Besides, MTR East Rail Line will not stop at the Racecourse Station.
Customers are required to receive temperature screening before entry and are advised to wear medical masks during the race meeting.
