The Club has been embarking on the Smart Platform Strategy – to provide better customer wagering experience.  Racing Touch, the Club’s one-stop mobile betting app, will now offer overseas racing information, live streaming and a betting function* for simulcast races, thereby providing more comprehensive racing information on the Smart Platform.

Searching for information on a current race meeting is much easier on Racing Touch.  It has become a popular tool for fans to prepare for and bet on races.

Racing Touch offers the most comprehensive information and statistics on simulcast races among the Club-owned platforms. They include:

• Horse profile: overseas racing record, comments and other racing information

• Last five runs: class of the race; a summary of the starter’s form over the last five runs, such as result, distance, weight, jockey, draw, winner’s finishing time and lengths behind the winner.

• Track analysis: highlights the track’s specific features as well as a map preview.

• Expert column: racing experts share their analyses, tips, as well as reviews on past performance of each horse.

• Jockey and trainer statistics: a listing of the rankings, number of wins and winning percentages of foreign jockeys and trainers.

In addition, Racing Touch provides live streaming of simulcast races. Customers using their betting accounts to login will be able to watch live racing of all simulcast races anywhere. Streaming on Racing Touch is as fast as watching TV at home**.  Users can also make use of the “Picture-in-Picture” function to watch live racing while browsing other racing information and placing bets.

As the Club will simulcast Met Day from South Africa tomorrow, 1 February, customers can start using Racing Touch to experience the additional simulcast function.
