The Licensing Committee has resolved to grant, subject to the usual formalities, a Club Jockey’s licence to Tony Piccone for the period from 1 January 2020 to 26 February 2020, both dates inclusive.

PROFILE – Tony Piccone

Tony Piccone, 32 years of age, commenced riding in 2006 and has established a career record of 760 wins with 4 wins at Group 1 level being included in his 33 Group and Listed wins. His initial Group 1 victory was aboard ROBIN OF NAVAN in the 2015 Criterium de Saint-Cloud. His subsequent Group 1 wins were on UNFORTUNATELY in the 2017 Prix Morny with HOLDTHASIGREEN being successful in the 2018 Prix Royal Oak as well as the 2019 Prix du Cadran. He has also partnered HOLDTHASIGREEN to success in the 2018 Prix Kergorlay (Group 2) and the 2019 Prix de Barbeville (Group 3).  Jockey Piccone’s minimum riding weight is 119 lbs.
