The Stewards have been provided with written advice from Thoroughbred Racing South Australia that WINNING FEELING (C324), which raced under the name of Wrecking Crew prior to being imported into Hong Kong, wore blinkers in a race conducted in that jurisdiction.

The Stewards have approved an application submitted by Mr D E Ferraris, trainer of WINNING FEELING, for that horse to race in blinkers without it being subjected to a blinkers test.
