The Licensing Committee has resolved to approve an application from Aldo Domeyer to withdraw his Club Jockey’s licence with immediate effect.  Jockey Domeyer submitted the application as he is currently unable to return to Hong Kong due to family commitments and wishes to be allowed to commence accepting race riding engagements in South Africa.
