Permission has been granted for Club Jockey Blake Shinn to be absent from Hong Kong in order to partner HUMIDOR in W S Cox Plate (Group 1) should it be elevated into the field for that race which is to be conducted at Moonee Valley Racecourse, Melbourne on Saturday, 26 October 2019.

Jockey Shinn will not miss a Hong Kong race meeting due to his overseas riding commitment.
