At the Happy Valley race meeting conducted last night, Freelance Jockey Keith M L Yeung rode his 250th winner on HARDLY SWEARS.  As such, Jockey Yeung is no longer eligible to claim a Freelance Jockey’s weight allowance with immediate effect.
