Following a request and survey that confirmed support from the majority of trainers, Sha Tin turf trials restrictions will be revised as follows to allow more flexibility to assist trainers for their horse preparation.

• There will be only normal turf trials, unless advised otherwise,  with no separation on entries of raced or unraced horses
• Dual Site trainers and trainers with 45 or less horses stabled in Sha Tin,  a maximum of 4 entries per day will be allowed
• Trainers with more than 45 horses stabled in Sha Tin, a maximum of 5 entries per day will be allowed
• No more than 8 batches of turf trials will be offered on any turf trial date and excess entries will be balloted out
