The National Day Race Meeting will take place as scheduled tomorrow (1 October). However, the Club will continue to monitor the situation closely. In view of the current situation, security checks will be strengthened at racecourse entrances tomorrow. The Club would like to remind racegoers to allow sufficient time for the checks and appeal to them not to bring any items which may pose hazards to the security and safety of people and horses.

In organising race meetings, safety is always the Club’s top priority. It is our responsibility to ensure that racehorses, racegoers, jockeys and employees are safe at all times. We appreciate racegoers for their understanding and patience.
