Permission has been granted for Freelance Jockey C Y Ho to be absent from Hong Kong in order to ride UGLY WARRIOR (Me Tsui) and GLORIOUS ARTIST (Frankie Lor) in the Korea Sprint and Korea Cup respectively at Seoul Racecourse, Korea on Sunday, 8 September 2019.  As such, Jockey Ho will not be available to accept race riding engagements at the Sha Tin race meeting on that day.
