Champion Quiz Game and Merchandise Bazaar, a prelude to the 2018/19 Season Finale

The 2018/19 racing season will draw to a thrilling close in less than a month. Racing fans should not miss the chance to join the lead-up activities ahead of the Season Finale race meeting at Sha Tin Racecourse on 14 July.

Champion Quiz game
A quiz game delivering 6,000 gifts* and worth a total of HK$600,000 will be held on four successive race meetings (26 June and 1, 3 and 7 July). Racegoers can find the quiz question for each race meeting at the channels listed below. Participants who get through the Champion Quiz hotline 1836 228 successfully and answer the question correctly will receive a HK$100 HKJC cash voucher as a prize.

Each participant may only win once in the entire period of the game. Winners must collect their prize in person from 10:30am to 3pm at Sha Tin Racecourse on Sunday, 14 July.

Season Finale Bazaar
The annual Season Finale Bazaar will return with up to 70% off a special selection of apparel, accessories and more.

Also, racegoers can enjoy a HK$100 discount with any purchase over HK$300 on two or more items at “Gift at Races” souvenir shop (except consignment items and discounted merchandise).  The offer is valid on racedays from 1 July to 14 July.

Season Finale Race Meeting on 14 July
Highlights of the day include the end-of-season awards presentation ceremony, which will take place on the turf course.  All Champion Awards winners or connections will be on stage for a group photo to round off the 2018/19 racing season.

The ceremony will be followed by the ever-popular Season Finale Parade on the turf track, with jockeys saying farewell and thanks to fans while handing out souvenirs.

Throughout the day the Club’s Horse Mascots will make appearances for photo opportunities with racing fans.  A range of special cuisines will also be available at Mezza One to delight the palates of racegoers.
