Beauty Generation and Zac Purton take early lead in ‘Most Popular’ voting

It is almost the halfway point in the online voting for this year’s Most Popular Horse, Most Popular Jockey and Most Admired Overseas Horse. The standings based on the votes as of 13 June (midnight) are as follows:

Public voting will run until 26 June at www.hkjc.com/MPHJ.  Fans can also vote online at designated Off-Course Betting Branches. The nominees are as follows:

Note: Fans can select any of the horses and jockeys listed, or they can choose “Others” and fill in the name(s) of their favourite horse and/or jockey. Any chosen horse or jockey must have competed during the 2018/19 racing season.

All voters will be entered into a lucky draw to win fabulous prizes* as follows:

The horses and jockey receiving the highest number of votes will be awarded the “Most Popular” and “Most Admired” titles. The results will be announced at the Champion Awards Presentation Ceremony to be held on Friday, 12 July and the Season Finale Race Meeting at Sha Tin Racecourse on Sunday, 14 July.

The lucky draw results will be published in Sing Tao Daily News, The Standard and at www.hkjc.com/MPHJ on Friday, 5 July. Winners must redeem the prize in person at the designated counter within designated redemption hours on July 14 at Sha Tin Racecourse.
