RACE 1 – GORGEOUS AGAIN

The Veterinary Officer reported that GORGEOUS AGAIN was lame in its right front leg after racing. Before being allowed to race again, GORGEOUS AGAIN will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.

RACE 2 – ALLIED AGILITY

ALLIED AGILITY, which performed poorly, was examined by the Veterinary Officer who said at that time there were no significant findings. ALLIED AGILITY was again examined by the Veterinary Officer at the stables of Trainer P F Yiu this morning. He said at this time he noted the horse to be lame in its right front leg with wounds to the cannon. As previously advised, ALLIED AGILITY will be required to perform to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination before being allowed to race again.

RACE 6 – DIGITAL TRIUMPH

DIGITAL TRIUMPH, which performed poorly, was examined by the Veterinary Officer who said at that time the horse had sustained an overreach wound to the inside of the right front heel. DIGITAL TRIUMPH was again examined by the Veterinary Officer at the stables of Trainer K H Ting this morning. He said at this time he noted the horse to be lame in its right front leg. Before being allowed to race again, DIGITAL TRIUMPH will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.

RACE 7 – GALLANT LEGACY

The Veterinary Surgeon reported that GALLANT LEGACY was lame in its right front leg on the morning after racing. Before being allowed to race again, GALLANT LEGACY will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.

The Veterinary Officer reported that examinations conducted this morning of all other horses inspected during yesterday’s racemeeting were shown to have no significant findings.
