At the Sha Tin race meeting conducted yesterday, Freelance Jockey Vincent C Y Ho rode his 250th winner on LUCKY HERO. As such, Jockey Ho is no longer eligible to claim a Freelance Jockey’s weight allowance with immediate effect.
