The Hong Kong Jockey Club Riding High Together Festival is taking place at Sha Tin Racecourse and Penfold Park this Easter. As preparation work and equine activities are being held in Penfold Park on 16, 18-21 April, dogs (with the exception of guide dogs wearing harness) will not be allowed in the Park during this period.
