On Sunday, 24 March, the Hong Kong Jockey Club will simulcast for betting the Takamatsunomiya Kinen from Chukyo Racecourse during the afternoon Sha Tin race meeting. (Race time 2:40pm.)

The Takamatsunomiya Kinen (G1 1200m) is open to four-year-olds and upwards and is one of only two Group 1 turf sprints in Japan with total prize-money of approximately HK$16.8 million on offer.

Final declarations with barrier draws for the Takamatsunomiya Kinen will be available on the morning of Friday, 22 March.
