The Hong Kong Jockey Club will simulcast for betting the Korea Sprint from Seoul Racecourse on Sunday, 9 September, during the afternoon Sha Tin race meeting.

The Korea Sprint (KOR G1, 1200m, Sand, for 3yo+) offers a total prize of KRW 700 million and is one of South Korea’s two flagship international races. Hong Kong’s hopes of success rest with Fight Hero whose five local wins have been achieved on the Sha Tin All-Weather track. The Me Tsui-trained galloper is aiming to follow in the footsteps of Super Jockey who won the inaugural edition of the race for Hong Kong in 2016.

Final declarations with barrier draws for the Korea Sprint will be available on Friday, 7 September.
