| 8 | Yulong Xiongyin | Former Irish galloper who created a huge impression winning at his Singapore debut over 1000m on the Polytrack. Switches to the turf track for the first time in his career and if he handles it he can win again. Won over 1400m in Ireland. |
| 9 | Bengal Lancer | Former UK galloper who debuted with a disappointing 6th place on the Polytrack. Switches to the turf track, having won twice on grass at Salisbury racecourse pre-import. Can improve sharply. |
| 10 | Gold Crown | Nice effort last start when he caught the eye flashing home late in a good quality Class 3 race. Could run in the money if he gets a soft lead. |
| 11 | Goodfellas | Former Malaysian galloper who has been unplaced at all seven Singapore starts and needs it much easier. |
| 12 | Terms Of Reference | Polytrack specialist who has failed to win from 17 previous turf starts and faces a tough task at this level. |
| 13 | Wonderful Knight | On-speed runner who has been consistent without winning. Last win came 860 days ago and place chance appears best. |
| 14 | River Golden | Nice effort last start when he rattled home late for 3rd over 1200m on the Polytrack. Has previously won on the turf and can be in the money with a light weight. |
