The Stewards have been provided with written advice from Racing New South Wales that PATCH BABY (B303), formerly named as Star Of Africa, wore blinkers in all of its race starts in that jurisdiction.

Mr F C Lor, trainer of PATCH BABY, has requested he be permitted to race the horse in blinkers without it being subjected to a blinkers test. Mr Lor’s request has been approved.
