G2 – 1400m – Turf

1 Counterplay Sound effort at first run since November when 0.7 lengths 2nd to Joy Flipper in Morphettville Parks Fillies and Mares Benchmark 70 Handicap (1300m) on 10 February. Placed twice at this track in similar class races last October.
2 Smart Coupe Missed the start and ran home fairly when 4.9 lengths 6th to Booker in G3 Kevin Hayes Stakes (1200m) at this track on 10 February. Had not been unplaced in five starts before that. This is first run at 1400m.
3 Watchmespin Not raced since October when unplaced in G2 race at 1600m. Runner-up in barrier trial on 29 January. Debuted at 1000m last year before winning successive races at 1300m and 1400m.
4 Miss Wahoo Freshened since winning two races in Adelaide in December and January. Latest, ran track record time in head win from Freehearted in Morphettville Parks Fillies and Mares Benchmark 70 Handicap (1300m).
5 Super Snob Led throughout, at second run this year, when one length winner from Spirit Of Phoenix in Pakenham Fillies and Mares Benchmark 64 Handicap (1400m) on 15 February. Best form (three wins) has been at this distance.
6 Summer Sham Won Ballarat 1100m Maiden on debut on 24 January. Then led throughout in 1.25 lengths win from Soul Star in Moonee Valley 3YO Fillies Benchmark 70 Handicap (1200m) on 16 February.
7 Earth Angel Ran on well when 0.75 lengths 2nd to Paris Rock in 3YO Fillies Benchmark 78 Handicap (1400m) at Caulfield on 3 February. That was first run since April last year (4th on heavy track). Only other run was debut maiden win on good ground.
8 See Me Exceed Sound effort when 2.5 lengths 3rd to Booker in G3 Kevin Hayes Stakes (1200m) at Caulfield on 10 February and step to 1400m should suit.
9 Ocean Deep Not raced since November when won only two starts at 1200m. Won maiden on debut before nose win from Kardashing in Sandown 3YO Fillies Benchmark 64 Handicap (1200m) on 22 November.
10 Palazzo Vecchio Not raced since November when 4.75 lengths winner from Treicheln in Benchmark 64 Handicap (1600m) at Cranbourne. That followed Sale win at this distance, on soft ground, at only second start. Runner-up in barrier trial on 19 February.
11 Miss Oklahoma Slow to begin, ran on late when 1.95 lengths 4th to Summer Sham in 3YO Fillies Benchmark 70 Handicap (1200m) at Moonee Valley on 16 February. That followed maiden win at 1200m.
