At the Happy Valley race meeting conducted last night, Apprentice Jockey Dylan H T Mo rode his 45th winner on HAPPY FRIENDSHIP.  As such, Apprentice Mo’s claiming allowance is now reduced to 5 lbs commencing with the Sha Tin race meeting scheduled to be conducted on Sunday, 18 February 2018.
