The Stewards have been provided with written advice from Racing Queensland that CHEERFUL GIGGLES (B165), which raced as Rockstar Rebel prior to being imported into Hong Kong, wore blinkers in its most recent race start conducted in that jurisdiction.

Mr M J Freedman, trainer of CHEERFUL GIGGLES, has requested he be permitted to race the horse in blinkers without it being subjected to a blinkers test. Mr Freedman’s request has been approved.
