Sha Tin Racecourse will host one of world racing’s most celebrated events, the LONGINES Hong Kong International Races, on Sunday, 10 December. The afternoon comprises four international Group 1 races with total prize money of HK$84.5 million.
Fans heading to Sha Tin to witness the world-class on-course action can also enjoy an array of exceptional off-track entertainment, including the appearance of renowned movie star Eddie Peng, while singer Hins Cheung will perform at the opening variety show.
All racegoers entering Sha Tin and Happy Valley Racecourses on 10 December will receive a complimentary LONGINES HKIR Souvenir Cap upon admission. The gift will be distributed until the start of Race 5 or while stocks last.
The day will open with a powerful and vibrant lion dance performance. Singer Hins Cheung will take the stage to perform some of his all-time favourites at the opening variety show.
LONGINES Ambassador of Elegance Eddie Peng will attend the big day on 10 December to witness the crowning of the turf world championships victors. He will also present the “LONGINES Prize for Elegance” to the best-dressed racegoers on the day.
