RACE 2 – FISH N’ CHIPS

FISH N’ CHIPS, which performed poorly, was examined by the Veterinary Officer who said at that time there were no significant findings.  FISH N’ CHIPS was again examined by the Veterinary Officer at the stables of Trainer A Lee yesterday morning.  He said at this time he noted the horse to have a stiff and restricted action and to be lame in its left front leg.  Before being allowed to race again, FISH N’ CHIPS will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.

RACE 5 – HINYUEN SWIFTNESS

HINYUEN SWIFTNESS, which performed poorly, was examined by the Veterinary Officer who said at that time there were no significant findings.  HINYUEN SWIFTNESS was again examined by the Veterinary Officer at the stables of Trainer C H Yip yesterday morning.  He said at this time he noted the horse to have a restricted action in both hind legs and to be lame in its left front leg.  Before being allowed to race again, HINYUEN SWIFTNESS will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.

The Veterinary Officer reported that examinations conducted yesterday morning of all other horses inspected during last Saturday’s racemeeting were shown to have no significant findings.
