HKJC Horse Race Betting Limited will simulcast the Korea Sprint and Korea Cup from Seoul Racecourse, Korea as part of the Sha Tin day meeting on Sunday, 10 September.  Bets will be accepted* for these overseas races and Winning Region (Composite Win) will also be offered.

Tickets sales for Korea Sprint and Korea Cup will be available from 12:00 noon on 9 September (Saturday).

The Winning Region composites will be defined at 12:00 noon on 9 September (Saturday) and tickets sales will be available after that time.

Race times and betting pools

The Korea Sprint, scheduled as Simulcast Race 1 (S1-1), is due to start at 2:30 pm Hong Kong time on Sunday, when ten local races (Races 1 to 10) will be held at Sha Tin Racecourse. The Korea Cup, scheduled as Simulcast Race 2 (S1-2) is due to start at 3:35 pm Hong Kong time. Details of the post time and betting pools are:

Broadcast arrangements

Simulcast races will be broadcast on TV and radio, as well as at Off-Course Betting Branches (OCBBs) and racecourses.  Customers can also review the overseas races at www.hkjcracing.com one hour after the running of the race.

‘S1’ must be indicated for overseas race bets

Customers betting with cash or through Interactive Services** on overseas races should mark the “S1 box” and race number of the overseas race on the ticket or as required by the Interactive Services interfaces.  Those placing bets via Telebet should clearly indicate the overseas race and race number to the operators. Those using the 1886 Telebet Automated Services should input ‘overseas race’ and the race number respectively.

If S1 or “Overseas race” is not indicated as required, any bets placed will be accepted
as bets for the corresponding local race.

Odds and starter information for overseas races

The odds and starter information for overseas races will be available at all OCBBs, via Interactive Services, and on the Odds and Information Hotline 1835888.

Bets accepted from 12:00 noon tomorrow

Ticket sales for the overseas race will be available from 12:00 noon on 9 September.  Selling hours# for the overseas race are:
