The Committee, by circulation of paper resolved to:-

1. withdraw the Assistant Trainer’s licence previously granted to Leo Ip Wing Kwong for the current 2017/2018 racing season effective on 17 July 2017, inclusive;
2. grant Mr Ip an Assistant Trainer II licence for the 2017/2018 racing season effective on 17 July 2017; and
3. direct Management to advise Mr Ip in writing that a further Assistant Trainer II licence will not be granted beyond the expiration of his licence for the 2017/2018 racing season.
