On his second career start he won a 1600m maiden here at Newbury, finishing 2023 with a close second – outpaced but finishing well – in a stronger event, also here.

Gelded since his 2yo season, he has run two respectable races in 2024 but quite a few others appeal as being better handicapped than him.

Has won two of his five starts and has chances here provided the move up to 2000m suits. Slowly away on his 2024 return at Kempton but finished an encouraging third.

Good efforts on all three starts, doing best and also proving himself at this trip when landing a Sandown handicap in April. He won that despite having a troubled passage.

Not short on stamina, coming from last to first in a handicap over this trip at Nottingham last October. Should be sharper for his fourth at Newmarket last month.

Into a handicap for the first time having run a good second on his 2024 return in a novices’ event at Windsor. Stable in good form.

Justified hot favouritism when winning a maiden at Kempton in April, and his subsequent second in a Sandown handicap over this trip represents further progress.

Did well to win a maiden over this trip at Windsor in April as he was hindered by a loose horse. This very expensive purchase now moves into handicap company.

Leading from the gate, he fended off some better fancied rivals to win a novices’ event at Epsom in April. This good-looking colt moves up in trip for this handicap debut.

Gelded since last year, he probably ran his best race so far when third of 12 in a Sandown handicap over this trip last month. More improvement needed for this.

First start in a handicap for this winner of two of his three starts. Racing enthusiastically he led throughout to win a novices’ event over this trip at Ripon last month.

Looking for his first win but second in three of his five starts including in a Musselburgh handicap in April. Pedigree suggests stamina so this rise to 2000m may help.
