The Club’s Chief Medical Officer has advised that Alfred K H Chan, who was dislodged from LUCKY QUALITY shortly after the start of Race 5 at Sha Tin Racecourse last Sunday, 14 April 2024, has been assessed. Jockey Chan suffered fractures to 3 ribs and is currently recuperating. He will be re-assessed by the Club’s Chief Medical Officer on 30 April for which an update will be provided after that time.
