Permission has been granted for Jockey K C Leung to be absent from Hong Kong in order to ride track work in Japan between 17 March and 19 March 2024. Jockey Leung will return to Hong Kong in time to fulfil his race riding engagements at the Happy Valley racemeeting on Wednesday, 20 March 2024.

Permission has also been granted for Jockey Leung to be absent from Hong Kong in order to partner VICTOR THE WINNER at the Takamatsunomiya Kinen (Group 1) scheduled to be conducted at Chukyo Racecourse, Japan on Sunday, 24 March 2024.  Jockey Leung will not be available to accept race riding engagements for the Sha Tin racemeeting scheduled to be conducted on that day.
